The Lanka Nest – Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Lanka Nest, we strive to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Please review our booking, cancellation, and refund policies:
Booking Confirmations:
- All bookings are confirmed upon full or partial payment, as specified for each property.
- You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Bookings canceled 3–6 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Non-Refundable: Bookings canceled less than 3 days prior to check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling may be allowed depending on property availability. Contact us at least 3 days prior to your original check-in date.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Special Circumstances:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) may allow flexible rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
